Acupuncture involves the insertion of thin, sterile, single use needles into specific acupuncture points on the body intended to produce therapeutic effects. Acupuncture treatments will often employ the use of Moxa, Tui Na, Gua Sha, and Cupping when needed. Each appointment is specifically tailored to the individual, their health goals, and is directed by the information gathered through the pulses, tongue presentation, and health questionnaire.
Initial Visits are 90 minutes and include a thorough discussion of health concerns and history, Chinese Medical Diagnosis, and a treatment.
Follow Up Visits are 60-75 minutes and include a check in on treatment progress and a treatment.
